2. Copy of passport and visa or working permit.

3. Copies of the highest degree and degree authentication/ legalization from: Chinese embassy in your country / your embassy in China / China Ministry of Education.
最高学历扫描件，最高学历需要经过中国使领馆认证
4. Copies of no criminal record from your local police office or police bureau and no criminal record authentication / legalization from: Chinese embassy in your country / your embassy in China OR China local police station。
无犯罪记录扫描件，无犯罪记录需要经过使领馆认证或者中国居住地派出所
5. Copy of physical exam. record with a hospital stamp. [specified hospital list: please check Chinese embassy website for the list, if there is not a list, make a call to Chinese embassy to double check].

6. Signed contract, the first page with your information and the signature pages (we will draft and send to you).
